How do I request a price?

For products marked “ASK FOR PRICE”, select your preferred options and click ORDER VIA WHATSAPP. Our team will confirm pricing and the details before you place an order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated shipping time is 5–6 business days from dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery may vary by destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, and public holidays. Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally to selected destinations. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local fees. Contact us to confirm your destination before ordering.

Can I return, exchange, or cancel an order?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, except where required by applicable law. Custom-made, engraved, resized, and personalized jewellery is final sale. Please review our Refund Policy and Terms of Service before purchasing.
