By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry

All custom-made, made-to-order, engraved, resized, or personalized jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
