Thank you for shopping with Dan Mor Diamonds.

Order Processing & Production Time

All orders are carefully inspected and processed before shipment.

For made-to-order jewellery, the estimated production time is 12–15 days.

Production time is calculated separately from shipping time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time is 6 days from the date of dispatch, following completion of production where applicable.

Production and shipping times are separate and should not be confused.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

International Shipping

Dan Mor Diamonds ships internationally to selected destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Dan Mor Diamonds cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
